Here's a picture of me at Grand Canyon in October 1996. I always like to keep busy, so you don't often find me sitting at home.
Sometimes a big draw for my time is theatre. I was the Tech Director for West Valley Light Opera's "Me and My Girl". .I haven't done the acting thing yet. My main interest is the behind-the-scenes stuff like set construction and lighting.
I also have a great interest in sailing. My dad's current sailboat is a 27' Corsair called Sea Spider. This boat is fast! We've had it cruising at 17 knots steady many times on the bay. Unfortunately, the boat's home is down in Oceanside, so I don't get out on it as much as I would like to.
In the winter season, I spend most of my free time skiing in the North Tahoe area. We usually make it up there about 20-30 days per season. That's enough to get dangerous on skis, so I've also started snowboarding. Since I live for variety, I plan to continue with both forms of snow activity.
There are other activities I really enjoy like mountain biking, windsurfing, dancing (A2 level in Square Dancing, but interested in other types too), camping, rollerblading... well, you name it, if it's outdoors, I probably do it or would like to do it.
